(a) Selection of Fitness Equipment for your Home use, depending upon your fitness goals and the number of people in your home.

(b) Selection of appropriate Fitness Equipment for a GYM or FITNESS STUDIO and setting up the same.

(c) Weight LOSS and Weight GAIN Programs.

(d) Personal Training.

(e) Bridal Training.

(f) General Fitness Guide "FIT IN 3 MONTHS' 


We have 3 types of consultation for "FIT IN 3 MONTHS":

(1) We will send you the Fitness Guide "FIT IN  3 MONTHS". You can follow the simple and easy to follow steps. We will not review your progress nor keep a tab on your progress. (Cost INR Rs. 225/-)

(2) Along with sending you the above Fitness Guide, we will monitor your progress on a regular basis and keep a track of the progress. For this, you will need to send us your clinical reports, measurements and photographs every month to enable us to make suitable changes in the plan, if required. (Cost INR Rs. 1800/-)

(3) Along with no. (2) above you can have an online web cam support with us at predetermined timings to show you the exact method of carrying out the exercises and also view your exercises and correct the postures. (Cost INR Rs. 3300/-).

The charges for other services will be quoted on individual basis.
